Elizabeth Stanley
Elizabeth Stanley, our Co-Host and Co-editor, is a Part-Time Educator, Part-Time Personal Basketball Coach, and Full-Time Pod-Caster Enthusiast. Elizabeth has two Bachelor's Degrees (Kinesiology and Psychology) and a Master’s Degree in Sports Psychology.
Elizabeth resides in The San Francisco Bay Area with her husband, daughter, nephew, and her puppy. After nearly 3 decades in education, Elizabeth took a break and starting listening to podcasts, both for leisure and for personal growth and development. Her instant love for podcast listening and Karyn’s encouragement, have led her to POD SAVE THE REST OF US.
Karyn Castro
Karyn Castro is the cohost and coeditor of Pod Save the Rest of Us. Karyn worked in financial consulting for over 10 years where she honed her analytical and research skills.
Karyn resides in San Francisco with her husband, and their dog. Karyn graduated from UC Davis with a degree in Microbiology where she played point guard for the NCAA Division II Aggies. She also holds a Masters in Business Administration from Boston University.
